SHIPPING POLICY
Custom orders will be shipped upon completion. Customs have a wait time of approximately 3-4 months and will ship standard FedEx Ground, taking approximately 5 business days to ship. All guitars/basses are shipped in a Gator gig bag, and packaged diligently before shipping. Case upgrades are available upon request.
RETURN POLICY
All returns must be shipped back within 7 days of arriving. Buyer pays return shipping fees. Once guitar/bass arrives and is inspected and in like new condition, refund will be issued. Please allow up to 72 hours for refund to issue.
PAYMENT METHOD
Payments are made through PayPal, so any form of payment you have access to through your account is acceptable, including PayPal credit for financing. If you would like to finance through Affirm, please let us know, and we will create a listing for you on Reverb.com and you can check out using Affirm through there.
